Soundbath at Ruthrieston community centre,  Aberdeen 
"Sound is the force of creation,  the true whole. Music then becomes the voice of the great cosmic oneness and therefore the optimal way to reach this final state of healing" 
Come along and experience such a relaxing healing therapy, as you lay down on the mat (or sit on a chair if you can't lie down) you will be immersed in the healing vibrations from the bowls 😊 
 You will also receive reiki during these sessions, as I channel this powerful energy into the bowls during the session! ✨️ 
Escape the stresses of everyday life and switch off, relax deeply and explore your inner world! Expect to be feeling so peaceful and in a much higher vibration at the end of the soundbath! 
I will be playing crystal singing bowls and other relaxing instruments  for a very unique sound meditation journey experience!
