Sound Healing
I started to Get into sound healing during the first lockdown 2020. I was really struggling with grief after having four bereavements within only seven months. I felt lost, depressed and had so much pain in my heart. I watched a woman play crystal singing bowls and sing like an angel on youtube and I was blown away. I popped in some earphones and lay down, closed my eyes and had a huge release of emotion. That was me hooked!
Shortly after, I purchased my first crystal bowl and played it most days for many months until I could afford a complete set. Every time I played it and went into a deep meditiative state, I could feel what the vibrations from the bowls were doing internally and would feel the trapped energy start to shift, often leaving me with major goosebumps and the most blissful feelings as my vibration started to change and raise!
I studied a sound healing course during the global lockdowns, and having a musical background from a very young age has already given me so much understanding of sound and what it can do to the human mind, body and emotions on such an incredibly deep level. I decided in 2023 to make sound healing a huge part of my career moving forwards, not just playing the crystal bowls but incorporating other instruments too for my clients and combining that with my intuition to feel into what people need in that moment in time.

I now host group soundbaths in Aberdeen, Scotland at various venues in different areas! I also now offer private 1-1 sound healing journeys , which is a completely different experience compared to the group sessions! If you'd like this to be arranged please get in touch and I can hire out space in a venue in Aberdeen. Please note- if you live overseas or in a different part of Scotland but would still love to be taken on a sound meditation journey with me, online sessions over zoom is absolutely possible! You can relax in the comfort of your own home, pop in some earphones and enjoy me guiding you on an immersive sound journey with different instruments. Please email to book in. Group soundbath parties can also be arranged if you live in Aberdeen and have the space for your guests, me, and the bowls!

One of the best things about attending a soundbath in person or being in the comfort of your own home and listening to sound healing with ear/head phones is that you completely switch off from the external noise and the stresses of daily life....resulting in you going so deep within, exploring your inner world! We lead such fast paced busy lives and too often forget the importance of taking time out and unplugging. We are not meant to be rushing around on auto pilot 24/7..... we need to pause, reflect, be still for a while sometimes....in fact, the more the better! Less is more, and the more we practice stillness....it has a profound effect in every area of our lives.
