Soundbath at Kincorth scout hut Tuesday 29th April 11am-12pm

I'm delighted to annouce that soundbaths will be starting up again at Kincorth Scout hut in aberdeen on Tuesday 29th April 2025!
 
Come along and experience such a relaxing healing therapy, as you lay down on the mat for 60 minutes you will be immersed in the healing vibrations from the crystal singing bowls.  
If you can't lay down you can sit on a chair.
I will be playing the crystal bowls and other instruments to deliver a beautiful unique soundbath and playing them together in the same session will be so relaxing and healing for the attendees! 
 
Sound healing helps with physical pain, better sleep and is amazing for mental health/stress!
Escape the daily stresses of everyday life and switch off from the outside world,  entering a state of deep relaxation and reach higher levels of consciousness.  You will feel so peaceful at the end of the session! 
 
Yoga mats are not provided so you'll need to purchase one if you don't already have one, and bring a blanket to stay  warm, a cushion for your head and a bottle of water. please note this is an older building with no central heating so wrap up warm
